Going back to college or school this September?
Make sure you are prepared for the new term with our handy checklist of sexual health must have's!
Do you have your C-Card?
The condom card ("CCARD") is for ages 13-19, and keeps you stocked with free internal & external condoms throughout the year. C-Card now also stock dental dams, lube and a new latex free condoms.
Self registration is available for 16-19 year olds with a college email address, so it couldn't be easier to sign up!

Do you have your ChatHealth number?
ChatHealth is a school nurse text service for young people to confidentially ask for help about a range of issues. From emotional health and relationships to sexual health, drugs, smoking and alcohol support, you can receive support from a nurse. They can even sign you up for a C-Card!

Have you sorted Contraception?
Thinking about how you can protect yourself from unplanned pregnancy?
Focus on your studies with peace of mind by visiting SWISH or your GP for contraception to start your college or school year with less worry. We offer a wide range of different methods to suit everyone and can give Emergency Contraception as well! Did you know we also have a young people's drop in clinic every Wednesday in Bridgwater? Do you know your STI status?
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are on the rise. Did you know 1 in 12 young people between ages 15-24 in Somerset have Chlamydia and may not have any symptoms?
If you have never tested, have a new partner or it's just been a while, you can order a free online testing kit to give you the peace of mind free to enjoy college life! Testing involves a urine sample or self taken vaginal swab and a small fingerpick blood test. These can be ordered from www.sh.uk or you can visit us in your nearest SWISH clinic.
